We value honesty without exception.  We have pride in our reputation and we care for people.

Life At Pinnacle

Each member of the Pinnacle team is unique, each has different qualities, different qualifications, different skills. But we are similar in many respects: we all understand the value of service, we strive for excellence, we take pride in our reputations, we prioritise relationships and we respect each other.

As a team, we’ve come up with our description of the ‘Pinnacle Way.’ “Treating everyone in the Pinnacle Realm, Past/ Present/Future, the way we would like to be treated”. This is something that filters through all our divisions.

OurCulture1

‘It’s Not Who Is Right, It’s What Is Right’

Ours is a family-based culture. We treat each other respectfully, and work as a team; because upholding these attributes takes us closer to service excellence. We endorse and recognise innovation, as well as the elevation from mediocrity into excellence. We live by the motto: ‘It’s not who is right, it’s what is right’.

We’re constantly creating internal opportunities, focusing on individual growth through continuous development programmes for each of our team members. As you walk into our offices you’ll notice the array of colours on our walls, and the smiles on our faces. These reflect an important facet of Pinnacle life: fun

Fun is an integral part of our working day. We love what we do and we’re happy to do it.

Ours is a caring culture. We care deeply for our colleagues, our customers, our suppliers and our community.  Hence our Company Culture Club and its various committees, which promote these relationships and further our involvement, both in our business and our communities.
